Reduce Arthritis and Inflammation Pain

Some foods to help with arthritis.  

Turmeric – Curcumin, the active compound in this spice, is what makes it so powerful for healing.                                 

Cherries – Contain substances called anthocyanins which are effective at lowering uric acid levels.

Ginger – Prepare by making a tea or add to other foods you eat.               

Pineapples – Contains the anti-inflammatory enzyme,      bromelain.

Omega 3  – Try freshly ground flax, chia and hemp seeds. 

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar -Pour a tablespoon into 8 oz water three times a day.
