Our ancestors did not eat anywhere near as much or as often as we did. When you start eating less food throughout the day you are going to actually decrease some of the fluctuations in your blood sugar. You are going to force your body to burn fat.
- Get Hot and Cold
Our ancestors went out to forge, hunt and gather. So get hot and cold more often. It will not only improve your mental toughness but it will decrease inflammation, it will improve metabolism and it will help with chronic pain.
