Posture – it’s very revealing . . .
As a Chiropractor I assess patients often for health issues related to habitual poor posture.
I observe patients waiting to be seen slumped in a chair or slouched forward looking at their phones . . . and you wonder “Why it is taking so long to improve?”
The constant voluntary strain and distortion on the spine creates misalignments and tension on the spinal cord and brain creating disruptions in nerve signaling to the body’s various cells, tissues, and organs.
If you don’t have your spine checked and fail to be mindful of posture, it could lead to irreversible damage.
Posture is a mindful activity . . . practice healthier habits for a healthier YOU.
