What is Hidden

beliefs, or “Iceberg Beliefs”, are the negative feelings and beliefs you carry
about yourself. Just like icebergs, they can lurk beneath the surface—you may
have never even spoken them out loud, but they impact your thinking, your confidence,
and the way you move through your life. It’s a thought or belief you have—about
the world, yourself, the way people should act—that even you may not be aware
of. It sits just below the surface and looms large enough that it gets in your
way without you realizing it. They’re called Icebergs because only the tip is
in our conscious awareness. Become conscious of these Icebergs and get a handle
on their reality and learn to melt them away into the sea of a past that no
longer applies to your future.
